The Under-Secretary for Air, Mr. Frederick Montague, returned to Croydon aerodrome yesterday after a five days’ tour of Continental ai’ ports, during which he has visited fifteen aviation centres ana has flown in machines of six different countries. The object of the tour was to study Continental methods and compare them with British.
Mr. Montague stated that his experience had been most useful, but he considered Imperial Airways second to none in comfort ami efficiency.
