The personnel of the M.C.C. team to tour New Zealand and Australia, sailing on the Orford on September 28, is as follows: Harold Gilligan (captain), Earle, Dulecpsinhji, Dawson, Legge, Benson, Turnbull. Allom, Bowley, Cornford, Barratt, Nichols, Worthington, Frank Woolley. 111-health precludes Arthur Gilligan from making the tour.

London, August 29. Playing against Sussex at Brighton, South Africa made 330 and 160 for three (Mitchell not out 104) i Sussex 239 (Langridge 62, Tate 55). Bell taking four wickets for 78 and McMillan four for 54.
