CHINESE FAMINE RELIEF
—— FUND NOW CLOSED The Chinese Famine Relief Fund lias now been closed. The total amount received by the Mayor of Wellington is £2282 16s. 2d. This amount, with the exception of £6 14s. for advertising and printing, lias been remitted to the International Famine Relief Fund in Shanghai. In addition to the Mayor’s fund the Chinese resident in the Dominion have remitted £lOOO through ,the Chinese Consul.
