SALVATION ARMY COMMISSIONER HAY MAY GO TO CANADA NEW ZEALAND’S NEW LEADER Australian Press Assn.—United Service. (Rec. August 7, 1.10 a.m.) Loudon, August 6. It is understood that the Salvation Army. Commissioner, John Cunningham, formerly international secretary for Europe and the Dominions, will succeed Commissioner Hay, New Zealand. ’■ It is reported that Commissioner Hay will take charge of -Eastern Canada, but headquarters state that only General Higgins knows. Commissioner Mitchell will succeed Commissioner Cunningham.
