IRISH FREE STATE
MINISTER IN FRANCE Paris, July 20. The appointment of Count O’Kelly as Free State Minister iu France is regarded as a landmark in Irish relations with France, as it will give the Free State diplomatic representation, instead of an Agent-General with the function of a Trade Commissioner, in Paris. This is the Free State's third legation. The others are at Washington and the Vatican.
