STRIKE OVER
SYDNEY TIMBER YARDS RE-STAFFED Sydney, July 30. The secretary of the Timber Merchants’ Association Mr. Corke, following a r..eeting of the timber merci, mts, announced that as far as the merchants .ere concerned the strike was over. They were now in a position to handle the business offering. The yards, had been re-staffed with volunteers, loyalists, and some strikers who had returned to work.
