CASE COLLAPSES By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, May 2. The difficulty experienced by the plaintiff, Isabella Vera Gwilliam, in obtaining any expert evidence in support of her claim for £698 damages against Arthur M. Carter, an Auckland dentist, led to the collapse of the case to-day. Plaintiff was nonsuited.
