The French police have arrested a Soviet secret agent, Bespaloif, who was living in Paris under the guise of arranging for the repatriation of Russian “exiles.” Bespaloff was found to be in possession of Moscow’s orders instructing him to take command of Communist demonstrations planned for weeks past.
