EXPECTED TO BREAK OUT AFRESH SOON AMANULLAH MARCHING UPON KABUL PROMINENT CHIEFS RALLY TO STANDARD (United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) ("Tinies” Canles.) (Rec. March 11, 9.10 p.m.) London, March 11. “The Times” Lahore correspondent says that Amanullah is marching upon Kabul, where the Ameer is strengthening his defences and enlisting fresh troops. Civil war is expected to break out in a few weeks. All the Kandahar region is supporting Amanullah and many prominent chiefs have already rallied to his standard. The former Governor of Jalalabad has just arrived at Peshawar and declares that the-tribesmen of Eastern -Afghanistan are tired of the present chaos and. are ready to support Amanullah if given an amnesty. Nadir. Khan, who was expected to win over a large part of Afghanistan in favour of Amanullah. is reported to have been arrested and his property looted.
