William Haines and Josephine Dunn in a scene from the stars’ latest and finest Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer production, “Excess Baggage," a very strong drama of back-stage life, which is screening at the Regent Theatre this week. In addition to the film there is also "The Bushranger," which’ stars Tim McCoy and Dale Austen. This is a story of Australia’s pioneering days, and it was made when Miss Austen visited the Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer studios after winning the title of Miss New Zealand, 1927.
