The depression is now moving oft New Zealand. An anti-cyclone is moving from the New South Wales Coast towards the Dominion, and Is already affecting southern districts. Pressure is falling again over Eastern Australia. Winds becoming southerly generally and freshening to-night, but moderating again •to-morrow. " The southerlies are not likely to be longlived. Seas rather rough at times on the East Coast between Akaroa and East Cape and in Cook Strait. Otherwise smooth to moderate. Moderate southerly winds decreasing and later tending northerly in the Eastern Tasman, with smooth to moderate seas. Still cloudy, with further showers in many districts, especially on the East Coast north of Akaroa, but improving shortly from the westward. Cool temperatures.
