BY-LAW AND CIVIL CASES By-law cases were dealt with by Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday. On a charge of exposing fruit for sale not properly covered, Simon Edilson was fined £l. m r Lionel T. Bramley was fined 10s. for failing to stop on request, and Jcffln Burley and Robert Lee were each, ordered to pay costs only, 10s., for a similar offence.
