SPANISH CRISIS
ANOTHER CONSPIRACY (Australian Press Association.) London, March 4. The “Morning Post’s” special correspondent from the Spanish frontier states that the Government has discovered another military conspiracy with headquarters :• ' Barcelona, more widespread than the last. A large percentage of the infantry are disaffected, and are making common cause with the men ejected from the artillery. The navy is likely to remain loyal, and the ships have been heavily stocked with wax material and supplies.
