TENTH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATIONS (United Service.) • (Ree. March 4, 7.5 p.m.) London, March 3. The Riga correspondent of “The Times”, states that Moscow to-day is celebrating the tenth, anniversary of, the foundation of the Red International with numerous, demonstrations and: meetings. The newspapers publish forty new officially-prescribed revolu-, tionary slogans for inscription on banners and placards, the first of which, hails the Red International as the. organiser of world revolution. The “Pravda” congratulates the •Intrnational upon ten years’ ruthless war without- a minute’s cessation, producing important strikes and riots in numerous countries of Europe, North and South America, India, and elsewhere. It declares that the International now possesses firmly established centres in fifty-seven countries, and will go on to still greater victories. ,
