SIR CHARLES SKERRETT’S WILL
SWORN UNDER £BO,OOO After granting certain legacies, the late Sir Charles Skerrett, as a first provision of bls will, directed his trustees to set aside one-tenth of the net balance of bis estate for the purpose of paying the Income from sueh sum to educational charities in NeW Zealand to he from time to time determined by his trustees under certain directions expressed in . the. will. The will also bequeaths the sum of £5OO to the authorities of St. Patrick’s College to be used by them to keep up the educational annuities granted by Sir Charles Skerrett in that institution.
The estate has for temporary purposes been sworn under £BO,OOO.
