WHIPPET MOTOR-CARS

All who attended the exhibition of the 1929 Whippet motor-cars at the premises of the Canadian Knight and Whippet Motor Company. Wakefield Street, yesterday afternoon were most impressed with the neatness and beauty of design which characterises these cars. The upholstery is excellent, and the seating accommodation is a feature of the bodywork. A point of much interest is the “finger-tip control.” From a button on the steering wheel one works the selfstarter, the horn and the lightimr system. There are several models of IVhippets on view. The new six-cylinder models are expected to arrive about the middle of the month.
