AUTHORITY FOR SURVEY. Australian Press Association Washington, March 3. The House of Representatives passed a Bill to give legislative authority foi an appropriation of 150.000 dollars for a survey of the proposed Nicaraguan route of an Atlantic-Pacific canal. The Senate passed a similar measure previously.
