Brussels, March 1. ■ Official circles declare the “Utrechtsche Dagblad” “revelations” as a complete forgery. The Premier, M. Jaspar, speaking last night, said that his heart was rent by the drivelling, insulting campaign carried on in an effort to dishonour Belgium. This was a thing they would never permit. DENIALS ACCEPTED (Australian Press Association.) (Rec. March 3, 5.5 p.m.) , Amsterdam, March 2. A message from The Hague states that, questioned in the Second Chamber, the Foreign Minister declared that in view of the denials on behalf of the French, Belgian, and British Governments, there was no reason for the Dutch Government to make any representations to the countries named.
