LAWN TENNIS
OTAGO BEAT SOUTHLAND The annual interprovincial lawn tennis match Otago v. Southland was played on Saturday in glorious sunshine. The contest was a close one, but Otago succeeded in emerging victors by 14 matches to 10. Taken all round, the tennis reached a high standard.
