SENSATIONAL “BULL”
BUSY DAY IN WALL STREET Australian Press-Association. New York, March 1. The Stock Market to-day bad the most sensational “bull’’ demonstration since confidence was - shaken /early in February, and broad advances were scored in many issues, in some instances from 15 to 25 points. ’ The session was generally hailed as a Hoover inaugural market, and was helped along by the relatively small increase in brokers’ loans, reported yesterday, together with the failure of the local Federal Reserve Board to raise the discount rate. Buying orders flowed in from all parts of the country and exand mechanical equipment was once;, again. Jiard pressed to keep up with the trading.
