By-law cases were beard before Mr. T. B. McNeil, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court yesterday. Conway Williams and Thomas Shields were each fined £1 for passing a stationary tram. Leslie Dyer was fined 10s. for negligently riding a motor-cycle. ‘ Allowing stock to wander cost Patrick Donoghue £1; Albert Archer, James Stellln, and Henry Wolland, 10s. each; ,and James Ernest Lowndes, 10s., costs only.
On charges of driving in a dangerous manner, Frederick Theodore Badcock was fined £4; Horace Haycock, £2; Stanley Jepson, Frederick Thomas, and Allen Cooper, £1 each. For not having a driver's license, Ireton Birchnail, Douglas Hall. Walter Greathead, and Claude Mallard, were each fined £2; George Wearne, £1; Henry Hill and James Smith, 10s. each. Parking his car more than twelve inches from the kerb cost David S. Craig £l. Thomas Wilkinson was fined £l, and James Osborn 10s„ for not having warning devices on their motor-cycles. Samuel T.
