AGREEMENT CONCERNING RETIREMENT i (Australian Press Association.) (Rec. February 13, 5.5 p.m.) London, February 13. Tn the House of Commons Captain Margesson, in reply to a question, said a conversation between the British and Irish Free State Governments’ representatives on the question of British civil, servants in Ireland desiring to retire from the Irish service under Article 10 of the Irish Treaty, resulted In an agreement. The terms would later be announced to the House of Commons and the Dail Eir.eann.
