DELEGATION TO BE SENT FROM BRITAIN RESOLUTION OF MEETING OF MANUFACTURERS ■ (British Official Wireless.J Rugby, February 6. A meeting of leading manufacturers and others interested in the extension of the export trade to Russia was held in London yesterday and the following resolution was unanimously passed:— “That this meeting, representing various large industrial interests, is unanimously of opinion that intimations from the Russian Government that it would welcome a delegation of British industry should command the attention of leaders of manufacturing and others interested in this country. This meeting therefore resolves to take immediate action to institute a representative delegation to proceed to Russia not later than March 8.”
