MAGISTERIAL INQUIRIES A magisterial inquiry into the recent stranding of the coastal steamer Invercargill at Ohaua Point will open at Wellington to-morrow morning. The nautical assessors appointed are Captain S. Stringer and Captain A. Cartner, who will act in a similar capacity at the magisterial inquiry into tlie recent stranding of the Parera on Walker Rock.
