ENTHRONEMENT OF DR. TEMPLE
AS ARCHBISHOP OF YORK (Australian Press Assn.—-United Service.) London, January 10. Under a snow-mantled roof in the beautiful York Minster, a thousand white-robed clergy participated in the enthronement of Dr. William Temple as Archbishop of York. Illness was responsible for the absence of the Archbishop of Canterbury. Four thousand laity filled the nave.
