MAURICEVILLE DAIRY COMPANY
A RECORD IN PAY-OUTS
Masterton, January 11. A meeting of the directors of the Mauriceville Dairy Company was held today, Mr. V. K. Lemberg presiding. The secretary reported a continued increase in supplies and a corresponding increase in the output of butter. Reports from London on consignments sold disclosed (lint Mauriceville butter was obtaining the highest prices. It was decided to make a pay-out of Is. ud a pound on butter-fat on December supplies, this being the sixth .consecutive month that this price Ims been paid to suppliers—a record for the district. The December butter-fat pay-out approximated £15,000. A copy of the new memorandum of articles of association for the company was presented and will be considered at a special meeting of the directors, after which a meeting of shareholders will bo called to finalise them. Mr.'Donald reported a further increase in the number of shareholders of tlie company, which assures ;i regular and consolidated sunnly for the future.
