NEW YEAR OUTLOOK
FULL OF PROMISE FOR AUSTRALIA Sydney, December 31. Commercial and financial Institutions are looking forward to the New Year optimistically. They declare that the money market Is easy and banking resources larger than a year ago. Restrictions upon' advances have been considerably relaxed within recent months. The season has been good for primary producer’s in New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, and Western Australia. The wool clip also is of considerable dimensions, realising good prices. There will be a substantial wheat harvest, with at least a hundred million bushels available for export. Summed up? commercial circles say that the outlook promises well for a normal year.
