In connection with the opening of the Hutt railway workshops, the Railway Department advertise in to-day's issue particulars of train alterations and additions between 'Wellington and Hutt workshops. It should lie noted that the usual 4.16 p.in. ■\Vellington-Mastcrton train will lu future leave at 4.15 p.m.
