CHILIAN DESTROYERS
TWO TO LEAVE ENGLAND SHORTLY (British Official Wireless.) Rugby, December 19. The first pair of six Chilian destroyers, the Serrano and the Orella, are expected to proceed to their home waters shortly and yesterday the Mayor of Southampton presented the two vessels with their ensigns.
