PLUNKET SHIELD GAME W. A. Baker (Midland) has notified that he will be unable to play for Wellington against Otago in the I'lunket Shield match, commencing at the Basin Reserve on Monday next, and the vacancy will be filled by J. R. Lamason (Wairarapa). Mr. K. H. Tucker has chosen the following team to represent Wellington against Canterbury in the I’lunket Shield match, commencing at Christchurch on December 31 —T. C.
