SCENE IN HAMBURG DIET ("Times" Cables.) London, December 14. The Berlin correspondent of “The Times” states that the Hamburg Diet performed the unusual exploit of expelling an entire Parliamentary party. The coalition parties were particularly anxious to pass a measure before Christmas, which the Communists were equally determined to obstruct A Communist orator refused to quit the tribune, and the House suspended him. He then refused to quit the Chamber, when two officials, amid au uproar, requested him to leave. He still refused to go, and six other officials entered and tried force, when the remaining twenty-six Communists at. tacked the officials. The free fight lasted until a police officer arrived with a strong body of police. These formed a double chain and ejected the Communists singly. All have now been suspended for a month.
