MARCHING AGAINST MIHAILOFF DOUBTS AS TO ABILITY OF GOVERNMENT (United Service.) (Rec. November 26, 7 p.m.) Rome, November 25. The “Manchester Guardian’s” Belgrade correspondent reports that a message from Sofia states that the regular army is marching to the Petritch district to prevent Mi lailoff going to Sofia to execute hostile Ministers.
