EXPORT GUARANTEES SCHEME (British Official Wireless.) Rugby, November J 3. The House of Commons to-day passed the second reading of the Overseas Trade Rill, the object of which is to extend the period under which guarantees can be given under the export guarantees scheme for two years until September, 1931, and to extend the period during which guarantees already given shall remain in force by three years until September, 193(1.
