MR. HOOVER DELAYED BY STORM (Australian Press Asen.—United Service.) (Rec. November 25, 11.5 p.m.) Los Angeles, November 24. The U.S.S. Maryland, which is en route to Amapala, Honduras, on Mr. H. Hoover’s good-will tour, will be delayed for twenty-four hours at all points on account of a storm wave flooding Mr. Hoover’s sitting-room.
