LINESMAN KILLED BY SHOCK
FALLS ACROSS TWO WIRES. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Oarnaru, November 23. Stanley Wilson, a linesman employed by the Waitaki Electric Power Board, while engaged in altering the low tension wires at Otiake at four this afternoon apparently lost his footing and fell across two low tension wires. His companion cut the wires and brought him down and applied first aid methods. Medical aid was summoned and efforts at resuscitation for four hours failed and death ensued from shock. Deceased leaves a young wife and child.
