EMPLOYMENT ON INTER-STATE VESSELS DEMANDED BY SEAMEN HOLD-UP OF STEAMERS THREATENED (United Press Association.— By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (Rec. November 22, 8.30 p.m.) Melbourne, November 22. The Seamen’s Union decided to-day to hold up steamers loaded or manned by volunteer labour, and take such other measures as necessary to enforce the employment of union labour on Inter-State vessels. ANOTHER BOMB OUTRAGE IN MELBOURNE BOARDINGHOUSE Melbourne, November 22. Following yesterday’s explosion, another bomb outrage was perpetrated this morning, when several rooms of a boarding-house in South Melbourne were wrecked and a man injured. The terrific roar awakened the boarders. The police are convinced that the outrage is another move in the waterside feud.
