A NEW APPOINTMENT Commendatore Michele Blunno, Royal Consul of Italy for New Zealand. advises that his Government has appointed Cavaliere Giovanni Formichella, late of the Italian ConsulateGeneral iu New York, to the Wellington post. Signore and Signora Formichella sailed from Naples last Sunday, and they are expected to arrive in Wellington about December 25. Signor Blunno will leave New Zealand for Italy next January to report himself to headquarters.
