BANKP’ tot FAILS to APPEAR WARRANT ISSUED FOR ARREST. By Telegraph.—Pless Association. Christchurch. November 20. An order was made in the Magistrate's Court this morning by Mr. E. 1). Moseley S M . for the issue of a warrant for the' arrest of Ernest Witte, a bankrupt, who failed to appear to answer a charge laid bv the Oflicial Assignee, the charge was that on May 11, being a person adjudged bankrupt, he did not, to the best of his knowledge ami belief, fully ami truly discover to the assignee all Ins property. ~ . As Witte did not appear the Magistrate made an order for a warrant.
