Minister of Post and Telegraphs. Mr. W. W. Halfyard. Colonial Secretary, Mr. Arthur Barnes. Without portfolio: Sir William Coaker, -Mr. T. Cook, Dr. A. Campbell, Mr. P. J. Lewis. Dr. Harris, Messrs. M. Mosdell and F. G. Bradley. Departmental officials not in tlie Executive Council will be the Minister of Fisheries, Mr. Clyde Lake: Minister of Public 'Works, Mr. Richard Hibbs; Minister of Agriculture and Mines. Mr. Joseph Downey. _
