QUINTON’S CORNER
WORK TO BE COMMENCED IN FEBRUARY
So far the City Council has forwarded the Quinton’s Corner improvement scheme by the acquisition of two properties on the Lambton Quay frontage, whilst proclamations have been placed on the rest of the properties within the area included in the scheme. It is not likely that there will be any demolition work done until February next, but it is confidently expected that the actual corner site will be cleared in lime to hold the cenotepli, service there next Anzae Day (April 25).
