Major Brearley, Director of West Australian Airways, states that four of the most modern machines are being constructed at the De Haviland works, with accommodation for fourteen passengers, with many innovations, such as wheel brakes and a tail wheel, replacing the skid, thus giving maximum ground manoeuvrenliilit.v. with special instruments to enable surer navigation iu the night time aud above the clouds.
