GERMAN REPARATIONS
ITALIAN EXPERT VISITS LONDON

Rugby, November 2.
Signor Perelli, who was the Italian delegate on the Imperial Dawes Committee, and who has been appointed a member of the new Expqrt Committee to examine the reparations question, has made a short visit to London, and yesterday had a conversation with the Chancellor of the Exchequer, Mr. Winston Churchill. It‘is understood that tlie Chancellor informed Signor Perelli of tlie discussion which he had in Paris with JI. Poincare, and Mr. Parker Gilbert, Agent-General for the Reparations Committee, regarding the constitution of the Expert Committee. Signor Perelli is proceeding to Paris to-day.
