W. L. COURTNEY
(Australian Press Assn.—United Service.) ' London, November 1. The death is announced of Mr, William Leonard Courtney, the distinguished journalist and editor, at the age of 78. [Mr. Courtney is best remembered as editor of the “Fortnightly Review,” the author of a number of works on John Stuart Mill,' “The Soul of a Suffragette,” and “The Bedside Bible.”]
