BY-LAW AND CIVIL CASES By-law cases were dealt with by Mr. J. It. Salmon, 5.11., in the Magistrates Court yesterday. Kafaell Alfano was ordered to pay costs. 10s.. for preparing fish for sale in unlicensed premises.
