FIRE IN A GAOL
SIX PRISONERS BURNED TO DEATH (Australian Press Assn.—United Service.) (Rec. October 8, 11.5 p.m.) New York, October 7. A message from Junction City, Ohio, states that at least six prisoners in the State penitentiary were burned to death when a fire destroyed a dormitory in which 270 prisoners were asleep. ■
