Mosley, S.M.. to-day, on two charges of fraud. Chief Detective Carrpll said that accused, when in Timaru on March 7, visited a man mimed Lidstone, a marketgardener. He told Lidstone that he was just waiting for a job us cook on the s.s. Breeze, and that when he took otei the iob he would get the supplies from Lidstone.
