BRITISH COMMUNISTS AS FOREIGN MEMBERS
(Australian Press Association.) (Rec. September 6, 7.25 p.m.) London, September 5. The “Daily Telegraph’s” Riga correspondent says that at the closing session of the Comitern at Moscow, the Communist parties of New Zealand, Ireland, and other countries were admitted ns foreign members, but the Congress refused a request from Russian Oppositionists for readmission.
