PETITIONS FILED A petition in bankruptcy has been filed bv Arthur Bevan, a labourer, of Otaki (states a Special Service message from Palmerston North). Bankrupts papers show that debts are owing to unsecured creditors amounting to £297 17s. od., there being no other debts and no assets. a petition in bankruptcy, show that debts are owing to unsecured creditors amounting to £491 9s. lOd. There is a deficiency of £149 17s. sd.
