MIRAMAR POST OFFICE
NOT TO BE CLOSED
At the request of the Miramar Progressive Association, Mr. T. Forsyth, M.P. for Wellington East, interviewed the Aeting-Postmaster-General with respect to a suggestion that there was a likelihood of the Jliramar post and telegraph office being closed. Mr. Forsyth was advised by the Hon. K. S. Williams yesterday that there was no proposal to close the office. In connection with the conduct of the office, the letter added, a slight difficulty was encountered, but that had now been overcome.
