TEAM FOR LAST MATCH IN SOUTH AFRICA AGAINST UNIVERSITIES NEW ZEALAND RULES TO BE FOLLOWED (Special to Press Association.) Cape Town, September 4. The New Zealand Rugby team to play a special match under New Zealand rules with the Cape Town and Stellenbosch Universities to-morrow has been selected as follows:— Full-back: Lilburne. Three-quarters: Rushbrook. Lucas, Grenside. Five-eighths: Nicholls, Johnson. Halt-back: Dailey. Wing-forward: Scrimshaw. Forwards: Ilore, Hadley, JI. Brownlie, Harvey, Finlayson. Snow, McWilliams. The game will be refereed by J. T. Burrows, of the New Zealand team. MANAGER S REVIEW OF TOUR MOST ENJOYABLE (Special to Press Association.) Cape Town, September 4. In a short review of the tour, Mr. W. F. Iloruig said: “Taken all through the tour has been most enjoyable. The hospitality from tlie Cape to Victoria Falls has been marvellous, and it is a pity that we could not accept it all. The train journeys have been most tedious, and after the long trips the team more or less lost form. The spell which the team had last week had a lot to do with the win. South African football is so strong that we could not risk putting in what we thought to be a comparatively weak team in any match. We had to put a strong team in all the way through. We found the crowds impartial. In the last Test the team played up to best New Zealand form, every man excelling himself. It was a clear-cut victory. After the first half-hour there was only one, team in it. It was a great match. We deserved the win in a memorable game and a very strenuous one. The whole team is looking forward to getting back to New Zealand.”
